Wilmington Court is situated in the grounds of Spiritus Symes Thorpe at Middle Ridge, Toowoomba and comprises five low-rental Independent Living Units.

Accommodation

Wilmington Court offers five single bedroom units with open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area, single bathroom and separate toilet.

The Court is single storey with flat access, no stairs.

The site is treed and the residents can enjoy the sight of local wildlife in their ‘backyard’ from their unit’s patio.

The separate buildings offer full independence with the reassurance of assistance available if required. All are protected by an emergency call system connected to Symes Thorpe.

Activities

The residents have the option of joining with some of the activities arranged for residents of Symes Thorpe e.g. concerts, church services.

Additional Services

Cleaning and catering can be provided as required for a small additional cost.

Anglican and other denominational church services.
