Spiritus West Moreton is proud to serve the community in partnership with hospitals, GPs, and other community agencies, whilst meeting the changing needs of our community and provide a variety of quality services to assist clients and their carers to stay at home.

A multi-disciplinary team is available to help you stay at home.  Our friendly trained staff include personal care workers (Certificate III), registered nurses, a physio-therapist, occupational therapist and a social worker.  Our staff aim to work together to provide you with quality care in the community. Programs include Home and Community Care, Department of Veterans’ Affairs, Fee for Service.

Spiritus West Moreton is fully accredited by the Australian Council on Healthcare Standards and our staff receive ongoing education and professional development to ensure we continue to meet the changing health care needs of our community.  We invite feedback and suggestions from our clients and the community as we strive to provide the best care service possible.
