Southport Community Care has been providing a range of health and support services to the Gold Coast community since 2000. Their team of highly-trained and experienced staff are committed to helping clients enjoy a healthier life.

Services available through Southport include home and community care (HACC) services – centre based, out and about, and in-home respite; wellness programs including gym, passive water sessions, sailing, fishing, walking sessions; Men’s days; chronic conditions management; allied health and domestic assistance.

Southport Community Care also provides community aged care packages (CACPs) with our unique "Plus Activities Reward Program" for participants of these packages.

National Respite for Carer (NRCP) services for extended respite support and working carer programs are also available from the Southport Branch. A team of volunteers help to support the staff at Southport with assistance with group activities (day respite).
