Operating since 1993, Logan Community Care provides a range of services to clients from Logan to Coomera River to help them stay at home longer.
 
The Logan branch offers a range of services including home and community care (HACC) nursing, comprehensive assessment, allied health (physiotherapy and occupational therapy), personal care, in-home respite, social support, domestic assistance, extended aged care at home packages and community care packages.  We also have a HACC funded Continence Advisory program operating from our Logan office.

They also provide Department of Veterans Affairs community nursing, Veterans home care, extended aged care in the home, post acute care and palliative care services.

These services are provided to the community by a highly trained and experienced team, however they are supported by volunteers who help out with administration, assistance with group activities, and in-home companionship visiting.
