Serving the Community since 2000, Spiritus Community Care Gold Coast is committed to providing you with the highest quality community health care services possible, and we are continually expanding and developing the range of services that we can offer to you or your family.

Some of the main services we currently provide are:

• Home and Community Care (HACC): Providing services such as Nursing care, Allied health e.g. physiotherapy/Occupational therapy, Personal Care, In home respite for carers, Social support and some light domestic assistance. 
• Extended Aged Care at Home packages (EACH): Clients who have been assessed by the Aged care assessment team (ACAT) as high care can receive a diverse package of in home care services providing a choice between community care and or residential nursing home care.
• Palliative Care: Offering home nursing and 24 hour on call to palliative care.
• Department of Veteran's affairs (DVA): Providing home nursing to veteran's.
• Veteran's home care (VHC): Veteran's can have access to personal care, light domestic assistance and in home respite.

In addition to these services, the Gold Coast branch provides services from staff with a range of individual specialties such as Stoma management, leg ulcer and wound management and palliative care.

One of our most popular activities is our Social Outing Program which allows clients to get out in the community socialising and attending functions and events. Our wonderful volunteers also provide support to the branch through administration support, assistance with group activities and in-home companionship visits to clients.
