Neilson Home is one of the original homes established by the Anglican Church and usually resides in the suburb of Chelmer, on the bank of the Brisbane River. Awaiting a full rebuild at this lovely site, the home is currently located at 691 Logan Road, Greenslopes.

Neilson Home is currently a ladies only facility and consists of 59 residential aged care places (private rooms) including 14 dementia-specific places. Neilson home also provides respite care.

Other facilities provided to residents include access to a hairdressing salon, canteen, and three separate TV lounges and a very spacious dining room were residents can gather together and relax.
