Lota Court, a group of fourteen Independent Living Units, shares the grounds of the EM Tooth Memorial Home at Manly overlooking the Manly Marina and Moreton Bay. The separate buildings offer full independence of lifestyle in a secure village setting.

Each unit comprises two bedrooms, an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area and a verandah with views across the Bay. There is a separate bathroom and toilet. A single vehicle lockup garage is provided.

Each unit is fitted with an emergency call system

Activities

Residents are very welcome to join with the residents of EM Tooth Memorial Home in any social activities happening in the large community area or in the spacious grounds.

Additional Services

A visiting podiatrist and a hairdresser are able to be accessed through EM Tooth Memorial Home.
Cleaning and meals are negotiable at an additional cost when necessary.
Weekly church services, both Anglican and other denominational, are held on-site.
