Spiritus Brisbane Southeast Community Care offers the community a range of health and support services and work in close partnership with local hospitals, GPs and other community agencies.

Our aim is to meet the changing needs of the southeast community and provide a variety of quality services to assist clients and their carers to stay at home.

Brisbane Southeast Community Care has friendly trained staff who offer a range of services to clients including: community aged care packages, community options packages, dementia assistance, Department of Veterans Affairs nursing, intermittent care, leg club/wound care, nursing care, personal care, physiotherapy, palliative care, social support and Veterans home care, among other services.

As well as having highly-trained friendly staff, Brisbane Southeast also appreciate the services of volunteers who help with administration, assisting with group activities, driving and in-home companionship visiting.
