Spiritus Bayside Community Care has been operating from Cleveland and servicing the Bayside community since 1976, with services also offered on Stradbroke Island and Coochie Mudlo Island.

The services offered are aimed at supporting and promoting quality of life to clients within their home environment, whilst additionally supporting their primary care giver/s. Bayside Community Care work in close partnership with local GPs, hospitals and local community groups.

There are a wide range of services available including: young & disabled persons and carers of persons who require personal care; domestic assistance; social support and respite; veterans (nursing, allied health and veterans home care) and other services which include palliative care; post acute care; healthy living programs and a community Leg Club (wound care).

To ensure we offer the best quality services possible we employ registered and enrolled nurses, physiotherapists, nutritionists, counsellors, personal care workers, and education consultants.

The service is also enhanced by the assistance of dedicated volunteers, who offer their time and expertise with social support or office based support in the Cleveland office.
