Spiritus Caboolture Community Care has been serving the local community since 1985. We have been awarded four consecutive community awards between 2001 and 2004, for excellence in service delivery, and are committed to providing a friendly, professional and caring service.

Our staff are passionate about providing clients with the highest quality health care services possible and are committed to looking for new services to help you to enjoy a healthier life.

Our innovative Healthy Living program has been specifically designed for seniors, to promote the enjoyment of a better quality of life through a healthy lifestyle.

We also offer regular social activities ranging from visits to local sites and further afield, to group shopping and Breakaway Respite.

We are fully accredited by the Australian Council on Healthcare Standards and our staff receive ongoing education and professional development to ensure we continue to meet the changing health care needs of our community.

Volunteers

Our service is enhanced by the assistance of our dedicated volunteers, who offer their time and expertise with social support and outings.
