We provide nursing and non-medical assistance with day-to-day living activities to enhance our clients’ well-being. We also offer regular social activities organised by our Social Support Officer, to stimulate thinking and reduce feelings of isolation and depression.

We are fully accredited by the Australian Council on Healthcare Standards and our staff receive ongoing education and professional development to ensure we continue to meet the changing health care needs of our community.

Volunteers

Our service is enhanced by the assistance of our dedicated volunteers, who offer their time and expertise with social support or by providing office-based support in our branch.

Homeless Program

We are also involved in assisting the homeless through Substance abuse and grief counselling; Primary healthcare; Nursing outreach services and Health assessments and referrals to major hospitals, medical centres, GPs & other HACC services.
